A classic red glass and base metals Bedouin ring with a round glass cabochon set in a plain bezel. This fatakh ring was thought to have protective powers for its wearer.

The glass cabochon was a bead at one time. The metal has a nice soft patina that comes with age. It has a little verdigris that I would be happy to get rid of for you if you wish.

Face measures 1.2 cm  1/2") across. It is size 9 on my mandrel and weighs 10.7g.
